Mercury in Taurus

Mercury describes thinking and speech: how a person makes sense of something and says it.

Your mind trusts what it can verify slowly. Mercury in Taurus speaks in concrete terms and dislikes being talked out of a conclusion it has already tested. You are persuasive when you describe the practical thing. Rushing your thinking makes it stubborn rather than clearer.

A single placement is not a personality. Houses, aspects, and the rest of the sky change how it behaves. Calculate the whole chart and read this placement where it actually sits.
