Privacy

A birth date, birth time, and birthplace are personal data. We use them to calculate a chart and, if you pay, to write the reading. The name and email are optional until checkout. The email is used to send the private link.

Birth details are encrypted at rest. They are not placed in the page address or in the public share card. Chart pages are marked so search engines should not index them. We do not run a third-party analytics script. We count events such as “a chart was created” without storing the birth data in that count.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We store the payment status, amount, and Stripe reference. We do not store the card number.

You can delete birth details from the reading page. Deletion removes the chart, the report text, and the email from the order. A financial record of the payment can remain. If you no longer have the link, write through the contact page.

This policy is written in plain language for the product as built. Have it reviewed for the countries where you accept payment before launch.
