Refunds

If the reading was not delivered, or the file is unusable, email us within 14 days and we will refund the $3.99 payment. A refund is also available within 14 days if you simply do not want the reading.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. When a payment is refunded, the private link stops working.
