Neptune in Aries

Neptune describes imagination and porousness: the ideal, and the place where edges blur.

The ideal is a braver self. Neptune in Aries can blur the line between inspiration and impulse, and you may romanticize the clean slate. Dream, then check whether the courage is kind. A vision that needs a victim is not the one to follow.

A single placement is not a personality. Houses, aspects, and the rest of the sky change how it behaves. Calculate the whole chart and read this placement where it actually sits.
