Neptune in Libra

Neptune describes imagination and porousness: the ideal, and the place where edges blur.

You can see the beautiful version of a relationship and miss the actual one. Neptune in Libra idealizes harmony, art, and the person who might complete the picture. Love is allowed to be specific and imperfect.

A single placement is not a personality. Houses, aspects, and the rest of the sky change how it behaves. Calculate the whole chart and read this placement where it actually sits.
