Pluto in Libra

Pluto describes intensity: power, compulsion, and the changes that do not stay cosmetic.

Partnership is a site of power, not only of manners. Pluto in Libra feels the imbalance under a polite arrangement and may stay too long to keep the peace. Fairness includes your right to leave a bond that requires your silence.

A single placement is not a personality. Houses, aspects, and the rest of the sky change how it behaves. Calculate the whole chart and read this placement where it actually sits.
